Demonstrations in London

Photographs taken in Trafalgar Square and Whitehall in late 2023 amidst the continuous influx of terrible news and images from Gaza that gave birth to widescale pro-Peace demonstrations.

My purpose of photographing these demonstrations, apart from making myself feel less helpless, was to show the people who were gathering in the streets. To show who they were: lovely human beings of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations and beliefs, under all weather conditions, calling for the respect of basic human rights and an end to the killings.
